By using the services of Trimbakraj Cab Services ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or our online booking form.
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive verbal or written confirmation from our team.
- Advance bookings are subject to cab availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in case of abusive, illegal, or unsafe passenger behavior.
2. Pricing & Fares
- All fares are quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change based on fuel prices, route changes, or extraordinary circumstances.
- Outstation fares include driver charges. Toll, parking, and state permit fees are charged extra.
- Local fares are calculated based on minimum 4 hours / 40 km or actual usage, whichever is higher.
- Night charges (11 PM – 6 AM) may apply for local bookings.
- GST is applicable for corporate billing as per government regulations.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 4 hours before pickup: No charge.
- Cancellations made 2–4 hours before pickup: ₹100–₹200 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup or no-show: 25% of trip fare may be charged.
- Advance payments made for outstation trips are non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellation.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
- Smoking, drinking alcohol, and consuming drugs inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost items.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged for repairs.
- Please carry valid ID proof for outstation trips (recommended).
5. Driver & Vehicle
- We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle with an equivalent or better vehicle if the booked one is unavailable.
- The driver has the right to refuse the trip if the passenger is in an unsafe condition or behaving inappropriately.
- Drivers follow all traffic rules and may stop for mandatory breaks on long outstation trips.
6. Airport & Flight Tracking
- For airport transfers, we track your flight. Waiting time beyond 60 minutes after landing may attract waiting charges.
- Customers are requested to inform us immediately if their flight is cancelled or rescheduled.
7. Liability Limitations
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, accidents, natural calamities, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip in question.
- We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or other connecting travel due to traffic or road conditions.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved amicably first through discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the State of Maharashtra. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Nashik courts.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
